Introduction

These Terms of Use apply in respect of your use of Disability Now’s Website (www.disabilitynow.org.uk) and our associated websites. The websites is operated by Disability Now and referred to in these Terms of Use as “Disability Now’s Website”. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about Disability Now.

Your access to and use of Disability Now’s Website is subject to these Terms of Use, Disability Now’s Website Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use – the Forum, Blog and Comments Rules and all other applicable laws.

Your use of Disability Now’s Website constitutes your unqualified agreement to accept and comply with these Terms of Use and to not breach, or to encourage or assist any other person to breach, these Terms of Use.

3. Trade Marks, Logos and Service Marks

The trade marks, logos and service marks (collectively “the Trade Marks”) displayed on Disability Now’s Website (whether registered or unregistered) are and shall remain the property of their respective owners. 5. Viruses

Whilst we try to keep our anti-virus software up-to-date we do not warrant that Disability Now’s Website, its servers, downloadable files or emails which may be sent by us, are free from viruses or other harmful components.

You must not introduce or attempt to introduce any virus or other contaminant to Disability Now’s Website or any of its software or systems or in any way attempt to access, alter, de-compile, reverse engineer, destroy or otherwise tamper with any part of Disability Now’s Website, its software or our systems. Unsolicited material will not be published unless or until their author has received confirmation of a commission and the content has been through our usual editorial processes. We do not normally publish content which has already appeared elsewhere.
